This 800μJ / 1mJ 5Hz is integrated with erbium laser glass and semiconductor pump source developed with its independent intellectual property rights.
Most of these lasers are operational over a wide temperature range from -40℃ to +65℃ , with lifetime exceeding 60 million shots.
It is eye-safe laser with eye-safe emission wavelength at 1540nm within atmospheric window with high beam quality of laser pulse, which is suitable for eye-safe and 6km-15km at most 5Hz single measurement laser ranging.
